The defendants appeal from their convictions for kidnapping and aggravated assault. Danny Boling received concurrent sentences of nine years for aggravated kidnapping and six years for aggravated assault. Dwight Boling received concurrent sentences of five years for simple kidnapping and six years for aggravated assault. In addition to a challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence on each conviction, the defendants allege that the trial court committed error by determining that the victim was incompetent to testify. We affirm the judgments.
